How Biofeedback Makes You More Resilient – An Interview with Deb Rozman from HeartMath

This is a great interview I did recently with Dr. Deborah Rozman. I love getting instant biofeedback when I meditation because it makes me more motivated to keep building my skills of aligning my heart with my mind
