WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE?
Here is a detailed example of how the coaching typically works. It may be modified depending on your circumstances to ensure we meet your specific goals as soon as possible.
1. NEEDS ASSESSMENT: You do a process to get clear on your deepest goals, expertise mission statement, and learning style to ensure you get what you most need from the coaching series.
- Needs Assessment: A virtual session to help us both get clarity on where you are and where you want to go - you fill in a questionnaire, and then we have a Zoom session to set a plan so that we are clear on how to get the best results (approx. 1-1.5 hours)

2. VIP SESSION: We'll explore your responses to the needs assessment, and we'll begin to map out your best strategy for the series. We also get clear on what to put in your first neuro-blueprint. We end with goal setting for our next session (approx. 1-1.5 hours).
3. AUDIO NEURO-BLUEPRINT #1: You'll get a self hypnosis audio designed to teach you good habits of mind so that you can transform limiting beliefs and get greater clarity on your direction. Long and short version. Listen for at least 40 days.
4. IN BETWEEN SESSIONS: We might go back and forth to prepare a 1-2 minute pitch on your offer and niche that we will videotape. We may also work on a new signature story to build the "like, know and trust" factor. The in between work is based on your current needs, and priorities.

5. AUDIO NEURO-BLUEPRINT #2: You'll get a different self hypnosis audio designed to listen to between sessions. This one will help you perform at your best, manifest your goals more quickly, learn much faster and break through procrastination. You'll get a long and short version. Listen for at least 40 days.
6. VIP SESSION: Together we focus on wins, then debrief issues, brainstorm on solutions. We shoot your pitch and create an action plan for getting booked with ideal audiences. We set goals for the next session. (1-1.5 hours).
7. IN BETWEEN SESSIONS: We may go back and forth working on your pitches to meeting planners, or your marketing materials, or your referral system for getting booked. We may also plan out your online course or how to get an interview on a podcast. Again, the in between work is based on your current needs, and priorities.

4. AUDIO NEURO-BLUEPRINT #3: You'll get a 3rd self hypnosis audio designed to train your brain to stay focused on your vision so you can stay inspired and motivated no matter what gets in your way. Long and short version. Listen for 40 days.
9. IN BETWEEN SESSIONS: We may go back and forth working on your book proposal or you may need tech help with something, or you need help to write a promotional email. Again, the in between session work is based on your current needs, and priorities.
10. VIP SESSION: Together we focus on wins, then debrief issues, brainstorm on solutions. We design and storyboard your presentation so that you magnetize ideal income and opportunities. We set goals for the next session. (1-1.5 hours).
How it Works Logistically
VIRTUAL: Virtual work is on Zoom so we can see each other and share our screens.
VIP DAY: If you pay up front you get an extra full day program where we roll up our sleeves and get your program done.
