    WHAT MIGHT IT LOOK

    Here is an example of how a 3-month coaching package might look. It may be modified depending on your circumstances to ensure we meet your specific goals  as soon as possible.

    1.  NEEDS ASSESSMENT: This just helps us both get clear on your most important goals, overall purpose, and learning style  to ensure you get what you most need from the coaching series.

    • Needs Assessment: A virtual session to help us both get clarity on where you are and where you want to go - you fill in a questionnaire, and then we have a Zoom session to set a plan so that we are clear on how to get the best results (approx. 1-1.5 hours)

    2. VIP SESSION: We'll explore your responses to the needs assessment, and we'll begin to map out the best strategy to reach your goals. We also get clear on what to put in your first 'mental rehearsal'. We end with goal setting for our next  session (approx. 1-1.5 hours).

    3. MENTAL REHEARSAL AUDIO #1: You'll get an audio designed to direct your focus on good habits of mind so that you can remove limiting beliefs and get greater clarity on your direction. Listen for at least 7 days.

    4.  IN BETWEEN SESSIONS: We might go back and forth if you're working on, say, a pitch or presentation. We may also work on a story to build the "like, know and trust" factor.  The in between work is based on your current needs, and priorities.

    5. MENTAL REHEARSAL AUDIO #2:  You'll get a different audio designed to listen to between sessions. This one will help you perform at your best, manifest your goals more quickly,  learn much faster and break through procrastination. Listen for at least 7 days.

    6. VIP  SESSION: Together we focus on wins, debrief issues, brainstorm on solutions. We might rehearse presentations, pitches or tricky conversations you need to have. We set goals for the next session.  (45-60 mins).

    7.  IN BETWEEN SESSIONS:  We may go back and forth brainstorming on ways to deal with a challenge that's come up, or to build a bigger referral network, or to handle an inner dilemma. Again, the in between work is based on your current needs, and priorities.

    8. VIP  SESSION: Together we focus on wins, then debrief issues, brainstorm on solutions. We may design a totally new  presentation to get more buy in from your team or to magnetize ideal clients. We set goals for the next session.  (45-60 mins).

    4. MENTAL REHEARSAL #3: You'll get a 3rd Mental Rehearsal audio designed to train your brain to stay focused on your vision so you can burn through obstacles no matter what . Listen for 7 days.

    The 3 or 6 month series will continue like this. We will course correct as needed, take a week or two off if needed and extend it on the other end. Some weeks we may meet more than once if there are urgent matters to attend to. In other words, it's flexible to your needs.

    VIRTUAL: Virtual work is on Zoom so we can see each other and share our screens.
